Who it is for and what problem
The problem is not resistance to change: it is that the decision arrives without the criteria it was taken with, and each manager translates it their own way.
What it is
An VoltAi Academy programme of the Phoenix family, built on The Phoenix Doctrine, aimed at senior management. Unlike an individual programme, its unit of work is the team: what it produces is not a set of trained people, it is a management layer that decides by the same criteria.
What it includes
