We are our own Client Zero. SLG Agency has the structure of a CoO (Company of One): one person in charge, agents and systems doing the work that used to take a team, and every process written down before it is automated. We rely on expert third-party support, but the core is a CoO. Everything we build for others — the doctrine, the programmes, the application and agent factory, the CoO (Company of One) service itself — we built first for ourselves and by ourselves.

We work with directors and executive committees that have to decide on artificial intelligence and do not want to do it on the information supplied by whoever sells it. Our model is transparent: we build judgement (AI Literacy), we deliver actionable assets specific to each case, and we transfer the knowledge.

Why we exist

The institutions that traditionally shaped executive judgement — universities, business schools, long-established consultancies — update their programmes on cycles of three, five and seven years. Artificial intelligence changes every three months. That gap is not temporary, it is structural, and it leaves the director alone in front of decisions that cannot be postponed and that they are not prepared for.

We do not solve it with a canned programme that arrives late. We solve it with doctrine, Lindy foundations and real guarantees, and with work done on each company's specific case, without impositions or absurd adaptations.

How we work, in four rules we do not negotiate

No lock-in. Nothing we build ties you to us or to a vendor.

We are technology-agnostic. We work with the technology you already have, or we implement whichever suits best.

Approval gates. Every phase passes through complex decisions before the next one starts.

The capability stays inside. If you still depend on us when we finish, the work is not done.

What we do not do

We do not resell licences. We take no commission from any vendor. And we publish no figure, no case and no client name without written authorisation — which is why you will not find any on these pages.
